Hello Mill Chillers.  We have confirmed with the City of Rocky Mount and the Rocky Mount Mills that we can reschedule our race for Sunday, January 14, 2024, at our normal time of 1:30 pm.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we had to take the safety of everyone under consideration when there was a threat of severe weather.

 

PLAN TO STILL RUN? Just show up as normal and grab your packet.  Once again, we will offer a packet pickup on the Saturday before the race (2-5 pm) and the morning of the race (11:30 am - 1 pm), The event schedule will be the same as originally planned.

 

WANT TO TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION:  If you can't make the new date and want to transfer to a friend, this can be done online by the NEW participant (deadline of 1/9).  To do this they must have the ORIGINAL runner's name and date of birth.  This prevents someone from transferring without the approval of the paid runner.  The NEW runner will still pick up the packet of the original runner (name, shirt, and brewery team), but the race timer will have your information, and race results and awards will be correct.  Shirt sizes can be swapped after the race.  Please do not give your bib to someone else without taking this step.  Even if you think you are slow it will still impact the awards and team results.  Especially if transferring to a person who is a different gender.

 

CAN'T COME AND DON'T WANT TO TRANSFER:  We will also offer an additional packet pickup option on Friday, January 5th from 5 pm-7 pm inside the Rocky Mount Mills by the Bright Penny and HopFly taprooms. 
We do allow someone else to pick up your packet as well.

  *  FRI JAN 05 - 5pm-7pm   - COMPLETE

  *  SAT JAN 13 - 2pm-5pm   - RACE WEEKEND

  *  SUN JAN 14 - 11:30-1pm - RACE DAY
